Server and Application Monitoring
One of the most effective ways to ensure the maximum uptime is to implement a proven monitoring system to proactively know when your site or systems are experiencing problems. ColoSpace offers a suite of services that include systems, application, and content monitoring to ensure instant notification of any problems. Further, by utilizing a set of custom tools designed for preemptive notification, ColoSpace is able in many cases to notify a customer prior to a service-affecting outage.
ColoSpace has the ability to monitor more than 300 different statistics on a Windows or Linux server. We work with each customer to determine the most relevant data points to monitor, and provide all customers with self-service access to trending analysis reports for performance tuning and analysis.
Managed Security Services
ColoSpace offers three primary managed security services to support our customers' operations. The Managed Firewall Service, based on the Cisco PIX/ASA line of security devices, the Vulnerability Management Service, based on the NetClarity Auditor line of security devices, and an IDS/IPS solution that can utilize network- or host-based products to protect the integrity of the hosted environment. In all cases, ColoSpace has partnered with technology leaders in the security space to deliver best-in-class solutions that meet the most stringent internal or regulatory requirements.

This solution provides turnkey Vulnerability Management and augments customers' regulatory compliance reporting while minimizing or eliminating the burden of managing a vulnerability assessment solution.

Managed Backup and Storage Services
ColoSpace offers an array of backup and storage solutions that can meet any customer requirement. Solutions are available on a shared or dedicated basis, and can include the ability to replicate data off site through a VPN encrypted tunnel or through a traditional off site media archival for long-term storage.
Hardware Rental
For customers who require a truly turn-key solution, ColoSpace provides server and network device rental services. Equipment is deployed on a dedicated basis and is built to the exact specifications of our customer.
